Cool beats, but the melodies don't quite harmonize. There are a bunch of sounds or samples that are out of key to the point where it sounds like two different songs are playing over top of each other at the same time. Maybe try to split those elements into different sections of the song so they don't compete so much; i.e. use some of them for the bridge instead of having them all play at once.

dope track, but what's up with the clipping at 30 seconds? needs some mastering, but should be aiiight after that.

Can't even listen to this due to too much distortion. Check your levels and pull down the gain...Clipping like 80% of the time of the track. If it's purposeful, then yeah, you successfully created an ear raping turd of a song...Congrats I guess.

Undo that constant panning effect (I recommend using that sparingly) and plate-like reverb from the master channel and it would probably be one of the best songs on newgrounds.

Awesome Vibe! I was feelin' it. Tiny bit of critical feedback tho: Little bit of phase cancelation going on in the mid range during the punchy sections causing pads and arps to disappear. You still have them playing during the breakdowns so it makes me think you want them there even though it kinda seems a bit busy. I'd personally either remove those from the breakdown sections to be a little cleaner or you might be able to do a a few subtractive eq moves to open up some space so there isn't quite so much competition in the mid-frequencies. Another option might be to try some stereo separation to push those ethereal tones out wider so they can still be heard through the punchy sounds. Just food for thought from a fellow audio guy!

Loved both Ori games too. I could listen to those soundtracks all day errrrday! If I just happened to stumble upon this track somewhere without seeing it wasn't Gareth Coker, I'd be like ah sweet, a bonus Ori track!..fits the vibe well. Nice job!
